The successful 13 year collaboration between Repsol YPF and Honda is once again out on the tracks. Soon after of the end of the first of three days of training for the MotoGP teams at the circuit of Montmeló, Repsol Honda presented its team in an attractive event. It lasted a little over half an hour and all the team members of the best team in the last few years appeared. 
 
The event began with the appearance of three key characters in this team and in the WSC: Jaume Giró, General Director of Communication at Repsol YPF; Satoru Horiike, General Director of Honda Motorsports; and Carmelo Ezpeleta, the head of Dorna, the company that negotiates the commercial rights for the championship. They all talked about the fruitful and long collaboration between Repsol YPF and Honda over the years, as well as its beneficial effects for the World Championship. 
 
But the most expected moment came later with the appearance of Dani Pedrosa and Nicky Hayden who talked about their objectives for this year. For Pedrosa it will be a year of transition, and for that reason he said that he will learn slowly, as it should be". The Spanish rider expressed his satisfaction with his progress and how grateful he was to his new team. On the other hand, Nicky Hayden said that this year he will fight for the title, since I have all the tools to win it." 
 
Later, a magician preceded the appearance of the Honda RC211V, the bike to be ridden by both this year and on whose development Hayden has been working for several weeks on different circuits. And to close the act, each and every member of the team was called to the stage for the team photograph. A team that in 2006 will try to recover the titles that it won in previous years
