The new era of diesel
Gas-oil is a complex mix of hydrocarbons which come from petrol refineries.
It has to permit correct combustion, protecting the injection and feeding system, as well as avoiding the corrosion of the different parts of the engine. Therefore, just as with other design parameters, compliance with engine manufacturers' specifications is ensured, as well as the optimum performance of the vessel.
Diesel e+ is a A type gas-oil, which is the fruit of the constant research carried out by Repsol YPF, a result of the on-going I+D programme in the laboratory and engines.
Diesel e+ is a fuel which is ahead of its time, with properties which exceed the highest demands of engine maufacturers.
Diesel e+ with advanced molecules and with the incorporationof the Metal Desactivator System (MDS), protects, lengthens
the life of the engine, optimizes consumption and greater
injection, while at the same time it contributes to respecting
the environment due to its low sulphur content.
