New contract
Requirements
If you have an installation supplied by butane or propane cylinders and want to sign a contract with our company, you will need the following documents:
- A photocopy of your ID card, or for companies: a copy of the last IAE (Tax on Economic Activities) receipt.
- For new houses, a copy of the lease or equivalent document required by the autonomous regions.
- Gas installation certificate, or certificate of installation safety. This is only necessary if it is a fixed appliance.
- Heating equipment certificate with the OTC registration, if applicable.
- Construction project endorsed by the appropriate professional body, with a copy of the OTC registration, management of works certificate and a sketch of the installation in the following cases:
- for 35 Kg. propane cylinders, if there are more than 10 cylinders connected simultaneously (for consumption plus reserves).
- for installations with 11 Kg propane cylinders or 12.5 Kg. butane cylinders, when there are more than 18 propane cylinders or 16 propane cylinders connected simultaneously (for consumption plus reserves).
- for individual installations with a nominal power for simultaneous use higher than 70 kW.
Once you have these documents ready, you must get in touch with your local agency who will arrange for one of our technicians to check your installation. This is what we call the "pre-contract inspection".
Once the installation has been checked, you should visit your agency with all the required documents in order to sign the contract.
