  • > Cooking: cookers and ovens.
  • > Hot water: heaters and boilers.
  • > Heating: mobile stoves and boilers.
  • > Industrial applications: welding, plumbing, asphalting, industrial heating, ovens and cookers, etc.

35 Kg. propane cylinder

Botella de propano de 35kgThe so-called industrial cylinders of 35 kg. propane for use in businesses, are increasingly being used for domestic appliances.

Each cylinder weighs 35 kg. with a gross weight of 70kg. Their diameter is 30 cms and their height is 143 cms. Each cylinder has an EISA type valve as well as a security valve, protected by a metal ring. There is also a metal ring at the bottom of the cylinder to ensure stability.

These cylinders are principally used for:
  • Cooking: cookers and ovens.
  • Hot water: heaters and boilers.
  • Heating and boilers.
  • Industrial applications: welding, plumbing.
  • Asphalting, industrial heating, industrial ovens and cookers, etc.

As a general rule, these cylinders have to be fitted outside the buildings, whether in private houses or commercial premises. They are usually protected by a shed made of fireproof material, although up to two bottles can be stored inside under certain conditions. In general, they are used connected to simultaneous unloading batteries, and the amount consumed is determined by the use of the installation.

The most usual batteries for single-family housing or small businesses are composed of 6 cylinders (3 operating ones and 3 reserve), or in groups of 10 cylinders (5+5), forming the so-called E.I.P. (Individual Propane Equipment). This means that when the first 3 or 5 cylinders are empty, the reserve cylinders are automatically connected to ensure a constant supply of energy.
