Repsol Molibgras EP-2 Grease

An extreme pressure lithium grease, made of oils with a high grade of refining. It comes with special extreme pressure additives included, which alongside its molybdenum bisulphate content, gives it excellent anti-wearing properties as well as a great capacity to perform at elevated temperatures.

Recommended uses:

• Especially recommended in the lubrication of mechanisms exposed to slipping, very high charges and long periods of greasing.
• Greasing of journal bearings, hydraulic hammer bearings, open gears, and spare wheels.
• Very severe uses, such as rolling-mills.   

Main qualities:

• The contribution of Molybdenum bisulphate, of the size of the carefully selected particle, provides additional safety for those points in which there are difficulties in greasing or in which extreme conditions may occur during the functioning of the equipment.
• Excellent extreme pressure characteristics.
• Good protection against oxidation, corrosion and rusting.   

Repsol Lithic MP Grease

A grease formulated with highly refined mineral oil, thickened with lithium soap (hydroxystearate). It comes with anti-oxidant, anti-corrosive, and adherence additives included.

Recommended uses:

• A multi-use grease for the lubrication in general of mechanisms without elevated demands, which perform at temperatures of up to 110ºC, in all types of industries, as well as in automotion, chassis, wheel axles, railways and public works machinery.  

Main qualities:

• It allows machinery to perform with elevated charges without the lubricated mechanisms suffering the risk of jamming.
• Good anti-friction properties.
• Excellent chemical stability.  

Repsol Lithic Industry 2 Grease

A grease formulated with highly refined mineral oil, thickened with lithium soap (hydroxystearate). It comes with anti-oxidant, anti-corrosive, extreme pressure and adherence additives included.

Recommended uses:

• A grease recommended for general greasing of mechanisms which are submitted to difficult work conditions where extreme pressure additives are not required and which preform at temperatures lower than 130ºC.
• Greasing of medium-high speed wheelings.
• Pump and agitator wheelings 

Main qualities:

• Good performance at given temperatures.
• Excellent stability in mechanical work and also against oxidation.
• It provides protection against corrosion and wearing.
