Crude Oil Distillation unit: where, depending on their boiling temperatures, the crude oil fractions are separated.

Naphtha Redistillation Unit: in which the isopentanes of the light naphthas is prepared.  This product is subsequently used in the formation of petrols.

Two Naphtha Desulfurization Units, in which, the sulfur contained in the load naphthas is eliminated, by catalytic hydrogenation, from the reformed units.

Two Reformer Catalyst Units: that treat part of the naphthas obtained in the crude oil atmospheric distillation process, to improve their octane grade before being mixed with other components to form petrols.

Three Amine units: in which the hydrogen sulphide acid is eliminated both in the desulfurized gas flows of the distilled media and those that are used as fuel.

Two Sulfur Recovery units that transform the separated hydrogen sulphide gas and the amine units into solid sulphur, avoiding the emissions in the atmosphere of this gas and sulfur oxides.

Two acid water exhaustion units to eliminate the nitrogen and sulfur composed acids before its shipment to the Efluentes plant.

Deasphalting unit: powered by vacuum residue. In this, the heavy oil of the asphalt is separated, by means of extraction with propane.

Three turboalternators, with a total power of 6 MW.

Two Vacuum Distillation units: where the atmospheric residue of the crude oil is distilled in a vacuum. The vacuum residue is used as a charge in the Deasphalting unit and in the making of asphalts and fuel.

A Dehydrogenizing Benzene Unit, contained in the gasolines originating from the Reformed Catalytic.

Two Furfural Extraction Units in which the components are extracted (&) of the bases coming from the Vacuum and Desulfurized units. Aromatic oils are also produced in these units.

Two Dewaxing units, where the paraffins contained in the treated bases of the Furfural units are eliminated.  The bases originating in these units are the raw material in the production of lubricant oils.

Bleaching and molding of Paraffin unit: in which the paraffin from the Dewaxing units is whitened and molded in plates.

Cogeneration plant with an electric power of 38 Mw and an average vapour production of 1.700 tonnes per day.

Four 40 bar vapour producing boilers with a total generation capacity of 200 tonnes per day.

Two distilled desulfurization resources where kerosene and gas-oil  is treated to eliminate the majority of the sulfur contained in these products.

A Gas Concentration unit where the gases originating in the different refinery units are separated and treated, producing gas fuel, propane and butane.

Two sweetneing and Merox desulfurization units where the sulfur compounds are eliminated from propane, butane and isopentanes.

Hydrogen Recuperating Unit which purifies and recuperated the hydrogen contained in the purgative gases of the desulfurizing and distilled media resources.
