The Repsol YPF Gas & Power business embraces natural gas supply, storage, transport, distribution and marketing in Spain and Latin America, the participation in projects for gasfired power generation and the sale of electricity in the aforementioned regions; LNG production in Trinidad & Tobago, and LNG marketing in the Mediterranean and Atlantic regions.

In Spain, Repsol YPF is involved in all stages of the natural gas chain, from supply to the distribution and marketing of natural gas, through its affiliate Gas Natural SDG. Repsol YPF holds a 30.847%stake in the Gas Natural SDG Group.

In America, Repsol YPF engages in natural gas distribution and marketing activities in Argentina, Colombia, Brazil, and Mexico.

In Italy, Repsol YPF engages in the distribution and marketing of natural gas via Gas Natural SDG, supplying 0.3 million customers.

Finally, Repsol YPF participates in power generation and marketing projects, enabling the company to monetise its own natural gas reserves and consolidate its "multi-utility" position in Spain and Latin America.
