Repsol YPF commitment to Quality

Excellence in management, through Continuous Improvement, guides the strategy of Repsol YPF. The Principles of Excellence form part of the company’s ethical and professional values and of the commitments that Repsol YPF has acquired with is customers, shareholders, employees, providers / partners, and with society.

Repsol YPF’s Management assumes, directs and drives the Total Quality Commitment, facilitating the necessary resources to reach Excellence and establishing the appropriate means to assure that this Quality Policy is understood and practised by all personnel.

It is the responsibility of the management of each Business / Service Unit and Corporate Area of Repsol YPF to establish and periodically revise the Quality objectives, according to their situation, so as to guarantee the fulfilment of this Policy.

Repsol YPF’s Management understands Total Quality to mean the proper management of all the resources that the company has with which to achieve the highest levels of quality in terms of value creation for all their stakeholders over time.

Repsol YPF assumes the following Quality commitment: “To advance progressively towards Excellence following the model applicable to each geographical environment of activity (EFQM or FUNDIBEQ), through periodic self – assessment, identification of areas for improvement and establishment of programmes, based on team work and participation from the entire Organisation, encouraging an adequate environment for a creative and innovative development”.
