Mobility

In the Repsol YPF group mobility is an interesting option for our employees' professional development.

One of our general criteria is that employees have the option to request a transfer to another position within the Organization after two years occupation of the same post.

We believe that this is an interesting possibility both for the employee in question, as well as for the Company itself. It means that personnel learn about the various sectors which Repsol is involved in while simultaneously broadening their knowledge.
